Shipping destinations

LRLEDS ships to 237 countries and regions worldwide. All orders are dispatched from our warehouse in Shenzhen, Guangdong, China.

Order processing

Orders are processed within 2–3 business days after payment is confirmed. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays are processed on the next business day.

Delivery times

These estimates start when your order is dispatched, not when it is placed:

Standard shipping: 10–20 days
Express shipping (available for heavier orders): 5–10 days

Customs clearance, peak-season volume and local delivery conditions can extend these times. Delivery times are estimates, not guaranteed dates.

Shipping rates

Shipping is calculated at checkout from your destination country and the total weight of the order. Rates are weight-based, so combining items into one order usually costs less per item than ordering them separately.

Free shipping up to 30 kg: United States, Korea, Malaysia, Thailand, Vietnam, China, Macau, Kazakhstan.
Free shipping up to 2 kg: most of Europe (including Germany, France, the Netherlands, Belgium, Italy, Spain, Austria, Poland, Sweden, Denmark, Finland, Czechia, Luxembourg, Ireland, Portugal, Greece), plus Japan, Singapore, Taiwan, Hong Kong, Indonesia, Cambodia, Mexico, Australia and Brazil.
Free shipping up to 0.5 kg: Canada, Switzerland, Norway and other mid-cost destinations.
Free shipping up to 0.3 kg: remote destinations.
Saudi Arabia and a small number of remote destinations have no free tier.

Orders above 30 kg

Orders with a total weight above 30 kg are accepted with a USD 199 freight deposit. Oversized freight is quoted per shipment, so the deposit is an estimate: if the actual freight is lower than the deposit we refund the difference, and if it is higher we contact you with the balance before dispatch.

Customs, duties and taxes

European Union

VAT is not charged at checkout on this store. For orders shipped to the EU, import VAT and customs duty are payable at clearance and are the responsibility of the buyer. This includes the EUR 3 per-item low-value customs duty that the EU introduced on 1 July 2026 for consignments valued at EUR 150 or less.

The amount depends on your country's VAT rate and on the value of your parcel. Your carrier will contact you before delivery if a payment is due.

Other destinations

For destinations outside the European Union, product prices and shipping charges do not include import duties, VAT, GST or customs clearance fees. These charges are set by your country's customs authority and are the responsibility of the buyer. We cannot calculate or prepay them for you.

Tracking

Where the carrier provides tracking, a tracking number is emailed to you once your parcel is dispatched. Tracking information may take several days to appear after dispatch.
